I am very happy to say that in December I'll be teaching abroad for the first time!! :)
I am invited to teach at the UK Sourdough School established by amazing and open hearted sourdough specialist Vanessa Kimbell. We are going to bake Christmas/happy December) edition traditional Slovenian breads and enjoy other fermented products as well. We will learn how to make soft sourdough brioche (not yet shared on the blog) dough and also about the rich festive bread Slovenian tradition.

Hello from the mountains or Northern California! I first found you on Instagram. But I am now signed up on your mailing list.
I too miss bread due to my autoimmune issues. I am now in remission but don’t want to go backwards in my health by going back to eating bread. So I decided to try my own hand at making sourdough bread.
